Chuck spent the past few years as a stray being fed on someones porch. Rescue was called this year before winter set it. Chuck is DEAF, sometimes he meows really loudly since he can't hear himself. Must be trying to tell us something. This means a house is necessary where he could make noise and not bother the neighbors as in an apartment or condo. He is used to being outdoors, and an indoor only home would be great, although one would need to work at keeping him inside. If a home had a safe outdoor place for him to go, that would be ok. Since he can't hear the cars coming, his chances of getting run over are high, especially if he isn't looking in the right direction. He likes to spend lots of time curled up on something soft. Ok with other cats and mellow dogs, not sure about kids. I know there's someone that could give Chuck the home he needs.
